Short Notice Menu Solutions:
Our Short Notice Menu Solution was designed for those individuals who are planning a dinner for a large group at the spur of the moment (We have provided this service in as short as 24-hour notice). Or for the individual who wants to entertain but does not necessarily have to go the custom menu route.

Our Short Notice Solution offers you a three-course dinner (to be served family style) as well as an interesting selection of hors d'oeuvres. It may enable you entertain in the comfort of your own home without slaving in the kitchen preparing dinner and/or hors d'oeuvres for a large number of guests or without the hassles associated with dining out. This service can include rental of catering equipment, foodservice supplies as well as delivery. With ample notice we may provide professional staff to set-up, serve and clean up.

The Fine Print

• The following hors d’oeuvres, salads, entrees and desserts represent a menu of items we can provide on short notice (possibly as short as 24-hours).
  
  
• This menu is designed to be served family-style, one entrée for the group. Hors d’oeuvres and salad are colorfully presented and may be immediately served. Our entrees are prepared, packaged in trays and delivered for easy re-heating in the convenience of your home with the use of your appliances.
  
  If you are unable to pick-up the meal, delivery is offered for a $25 charge. Delivery must be coordinated to ensure someone is available for appropriate food preparation instruction. (We deliver to destinations within a 30 mile radius of Ellys Banquet hall &Romeo Golf Course).   I
  •With ample notice, and for a fee, we are able to provide professional staff to set up, serve and clean up.

Prepared in servings of 25 and 50

Premium Cheese with grapes: A beautiful presentation of a combination of Imported and Domestic cheeses. Also including Pamelas Specialty appetizer torte, fresh baked bread and a variety of crackers.

Fresh Vegetable Platter: A bountiful assortment of fresh seasonal vegetables colorfully presented and served with fresh basil pesto dips.

Middle Eastern Sampler: A selection of regional staples boasting classi hummus, babaganouj with pita triangles.

Southwest Sampler: A fun selection of our homemade fruit and fresh tomato salsa, & fresh guacamole. Served with tortilla chips.

Mediterranean Sampler: Marinated artichoke hearts, assorted olives, prosciutto, salami, fresh mozzarella cheese served with sliced sour dough baguette and extra virgin olive oil.
