To
get started planning your special event; please fill out the Request
for Quote form. After we have received this, you can expect to be contacted
by a catering specialist to discuss your event in detail.
First
Step:
Let’s take 10 to 20 minutes and talk about your needs. We will then compare them
with the services we have to offer. During this time, if you haven’t already done
so, we will fill out the Event Planner and then make arrangements to meet again.
We can hold the date at this stage, if necessary.
Second
Step:
If
possible we will meet at the event location. We will discuss the details of your
event and complete our Preliminary Event Planner. This should only take an hour
or two.
Third
Step:
We
will create a proposal that is acceptable by both parties.
Fourth
Step:
We
will check in with each other 7 – 10 days before the event to be sure that everything
is in order and make any minor adjustments that may be required.
Fifth
Step:
See you at your Event
